This status means we have packed your order and generated the shipping label, but the Horozine Courier driver hasn’t scanned it into their vehicle yet. This usually updates within 12–24 hours as the package reaches the first sorting facility.
Once Horozine Courier has processed the shipment, we cannot change the address from our end. However, you can request a redirection to a neighbor or a local pickup point.
Don’t worry! Horozine Courier typically makes three delivery attempts. If you miss the first one, they will leave a “Missed Delivery” card with instructions on how to reschedule or where to pick up your package from a nearby depot.
A “Delivery Exception” usually means there was a temporary snag—like a closed gate, a missing apartment number, or extreme weather. Horozine Courier will usually re-attempt delivery on the next business day once the issue is resolved.
